The Truth about the Desert X

See what our British cousins have to say about living with a Desert X.  One of the most common comments about all Ducatis is chugging while in a higher gear with low RPM.  But no one ever mentions a way to fix it.  All you got to do is replace your rear sproket with one having one or two more teeth. Do that when it comes time to replace the chain and sprokets.  Most if not all Ducatis are overgeared so they can pass emissions and sound regulations. I have regeared all of my Ducatis and they accelerate quicker and they don't chug as much. I even regeared my Multistrada Enduro. It doesn't need to be geared to do 160MPH and the gearing is better for off road riding as well. Anyway for the folks interested in the Desert X here is one testers opinion.
