Has anyone successfully replace intake manifold rubber boots?

01 Monster 900ie owner here. I'm coming to the realization that there are no longer replacements available for the rubber boots from the throttle bodies to the intake manifolds. Has anyone developed a viable replacement strategy?

'00-'01 M900 boots between throttle bodies and heads were molded to the aluminum flanges which bolted to the heads.

I don't think they were ever available separately from the aluminum manifolds.

What's wrong with yours?
