Yeah, it is hard to find from their main website -
http://www.vizi-tec.com/SUPANOVA/SupaNova_ProductInformation.htm
Looks like they aren't taking orders anymore, but you can get on a waiting list

I just got an email from Bernard from Vizi-Tech. You can get on a wait list... he says 30-60 days, maybe less. He is trying to get some outsourcing set up.
If you want to be added to the wait list just send an email to
sales@vizi-tec.com

Damn!!! I wish I would have known about these a week ago. Just got my 2nd CA integrated LED taillight (1st one got crunched in a wreck). I liked the CA version but this is WAY nicer. I like that it is plug and play right into the stock harness. It looks stock!! Ducati should take some notes.

Not just Ducati: All m-cycle manufacturers need to take note. Actually, just about every vehicle manufacturer I can think of needs to take note.
It's rare to find any products these days that are well thought and good quality.

I have recieved mine and installed it... no photos yet as I have been very busy. All I can say is WOW! I ordered the 490i with all options and a smoked lens. Bernard made
a software change from the posted video where he turns off the red led's when the signals are activated
... makes them much more visible. The best way I have heard to desribe it is a glowing block of ice... absolutely incredible. I waited for a taillight to come along like this to finally remove my stock one and this was definately worth the wait.
I will try and get some photos this weekend and make a post on the light.
If you are in line to get one just be paitent... it is worth it!
I noted the software changed you mentioned above that turns off the taillight when turn signals are on. Would this also apply when you are stopped at a light/stop sign and waiting to turn? Meaning you have NO taillight and just the turn signals?

The software update turns off the red LEDs that are in the same area as the amber signals only..the rest of the light operates as it should. The brake light's red LEDs activated and turn signals in use slightly saturated the sharpness of the signals amber LEDs...so the update just turns off the reds so the ambers are not flooded out since the system is VERY bright.
Bernard did this to make the system even sharper and clearer for the cell phone using 16 year old teenie bopper to even notice
....I am surprised aircraft havent tried to land on me yet its that clear and bright.
Bike running, no brake applied, turn signal on, direct 5pm sunlight

I am still waiting for mine also, but I'm sure It'll be worth it. They have been very prompt about responding to my emails, so I'm glad to not be waiting in the dark. This update for the blinkers seems to have set him back a little bit. I'll post up some pics also once it arrives.

They must not like you. All my emails have been replied to promptly and clearly. I've also done business with Vizi in the past, and have been very satisfied with the service and quality.
Keep in mind they are likely VERY busy right now, so I'd give them some leeway for responding to your queries.
EDIT: HA! That's what I get for foruming late at night, after a day of BBQ and scotch.
I obviously mis-read John's post. Sorry John! Looks like we have the same experience with ViziTek after all.

Thanks for the information. I figured that is what would happen, but did not want to assume.

Just got an email saying that my money is being refunded
I placed my order over 30 days ago. They say they will let me know when they start making them again.

Crap I just got the same email too. Not to happy about this, I waited a long time for nothing. It's not like I can go out and buy something just like it from the competition either. I guess I'll continue to wait...
