Actually....

I have a better idea.

Why not do it here?

I was only suggesting it be easier for peeps from both coasts to make it.

That particular town is the geographical center of the lower 48.

Whatcha think?   ;D

The record is for same make and model  ;)

I saw about 400 heritage classics at bike night a month ago.

By joining others Hate Clubs, it boosts my self-esteem.

1999 M750 (joint ownership)
2004 S4r (mineeee)
2008 KLR650 (wifey's bike, but I steal it)

Sigh.

Then it'll just be a cool way to meet a shitload of other monster riders in person. If we get a record, we get a record. At the very least we'll be raising money for charity.

Grampa

Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

What about Inifineon Raceway?

I sent them an e-mail and got a  fairly positive responce.

Robert,

Please keep me posted as your event unfolds. Our raceway's 2009 schedule is full, however if we could somehow manage to include this with the AMA event weekend the possibility would be higher as we have the staffing and infrastructure in place. Please contact me directly with any additional questions, I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

Bob Richards

...thanks Bob!!,

thats great! Please keep in touch with Infineon!!
A race track is definitly a good place to have a parade of this sort...and if its paired with a motorcycle event even better (i think)...

we have some initial contacts going on with Laguna as well... :)

I do think that what determins where the better location will be, is availability ( duh), accessability and to some extent the sponsors indications.

So keep the ideas coming! Every little bit of help will...ummm..HELP! :)
