Welcome, Dick!
How are the roads up by you? Has there been enough rain to wash away all the sand?
Does it matter with all the frost heaves and pot holes?
We should coordinate for a ride up your way some time, or if you ever want to hang with some of us southern Mainers.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

last week's rain washed the sand off the roads from the winter, and replaced it with gravel from the shoulder.
one must be careful.
frost heaves are almost gone.
heavily traveled roads around the Bangor area are in poor condition.
some back roads that I commuted on last year to the SAPPI mill in Skowhegan, were in good shape then, but no time to check them
yet this year.
traveling the other way this year, Lincoln, and East Millinocket. (car pooling)
I think we could find some good roads.
