I booked it in for a tune this week, maintaining a constant throttle while cruising is making it pop and sputter a bit, as is a crack of the throttle from idle so I guess the TPS / throttle bodies do need some fine adjusting in this instance.

I just got the confirmation my clutch cover is now en route to my mailbox as is the ss clutch springs! open clutchy noise here i come. Will get some pics up once its all done.

Termis make everything better

Can you run an open clutch on an s2r? I thought it was a slipper clutch.

the 800 uses a slipper / wet clutch, while the 1000 uses the dry. I have the onethou 

six95 - I showed it to her last night and explained carefully that it simply had to happen. She had apparently already sussed it anyway since TNT called a week prior to delivery to confirm address. So it seemed she was waiting for me to tell her so she could tell me she already knew.  phew. women.
