Here is the latest on my bike. We've got a BEAUTIFUL fall day here in Boston, so I thought it would be a good day to take some pics.

-Full CF Termi's, stickers removed
-CRG Bar Ends
-Header wrap
-removed fork reflectors
-removed frame stickers
-80's logo tank badges (thanks to Erik @ Twisted Vinyl Graphics)
-blacked out headlight bezel
-shortened front signals
-painted black exhaust hangers
-DP tail chop
-CF heat shield on header
-CF heat shields on cans

Thanks to everyone on this forum for all the suggestions and keeping me in the know of who to reach out to, and how to do it. I think I am done tinkering for a while. But the next upgrades will most likely come in the form of levers and a new seat (those should have come first, but what the hell). I have spent up to 2.5 hours in a single clip and my cheeks aren't happy about that. I will most likely put reflective black wheel tape on soon. And maybe I'll actually get around to giving her a good bath  Wink since I have gone about 1800 miles on her without even a good wipe down.

Very nice indeed, but I'm biased as mine is much the same. It was also a beautiful fall day in Northern Ontario, hitting a sunny 70 degrees and more for the next 3 days too. Since I don't care to double ride with it I'm looking to rid the bike of the large peg bracket and go with rear sets. I have owned many bikes and none have attracted so much attention as my dark 696. I get lots of comments on the flashing red  l e d lights on the dash and the sound of it, often described as bad ass. I have 4100 km on it so far. I'm sure going to hate putting it away for the winter.
