but with so many threads of people saying this or that was not done about other service providers for maintenance, its funny that when someone does something by the law that is actually "not normal" in a lot of ways...
I personally never have any issues with service. I took it upon myself to find a couple good mechanics ( dirt and street) and I use them exclusively. I also don't pregnant dog over a couple bucks here and there. Once you find them, be loyal and flexible and they will be loyal and flexible.
Also if you use someone more then one time that doesn't follow the law it's your own fault if you get burned. What I have found is all the good/prefessional/desirable mechanics follow the regulations. It's not that hard, uhh, call the client if more work is needed beyond the original estimate. Why wouldn't you want to do that?
