Cycle-friendly parking at the ocean front- any experiences? How about Norfolk?
Street is ok, if you can keep an eye on it.
Unfortunately, my tank has expanded so the lock doesn't work. Not quite ready for the long winter storage at redline to get it fixed yet- we still got a few good days left.

Parking for a few hours while you hit the beach, I'd park at the Dairy Queen on Atlantic. Bonus is that you'll meet a lot of other bikers there.
Parking for a few days, find a hotel with a parking structure. This time of year, you'll find plenty of spaces open. You can ask at the hotel desk for a parking sticker. They'll either charge you a modest fee, or just give it to you.

Just wondering about night time- don't know is the parking lots accepted bikes(at the beach or norfolk). Maybe a get together at someplace like Catch 31 is in order- I'd even go for a HD place. Need to get out more.

Little late now, but if anyone needs dry storage for their bike until the storm blows over, I can make some room in the garage.

Bun,
I don't know who is worse between the two of us.  At least your 3 bikes are running.

Mid Atlantic Ducati Owners Club Track Days at VIR have been set for 2010.  I did two sets of these days last year and they are awesome!  [thumbsup]  I highly recommend them.  If you have any questions, let me know.

A few of thelocals from the ADVrider board are meeting at Jeb's BBQ in Carrolton tomorrow afternoon at 2pm. I'll be there, tho if the forecast is correct I may be on four wheels(Yeah, I'm a lightweight, so what?). Anyone want to meet up?

Huh? Who woke me up from hibernation? It's still fukkin' COLD out!

Goin' back to bed. Wake me when spring gets here.

Looks like I might have a few unsupervised days in VB the first week of March.  I'll wake you up then.

Actually, I'm gonna drive down to Florida the first week of February and sit on a beach for a couple weeks. That'll wake me up.
I'll be all ready for some XJHooliganism by March.

Hey gang. Just wanted to drop a quick hello. Been really busy trying to finish up school. Bike has been in storage so I guess I will be getting it back out soon. Hope to see you all on the road. Miss you Bun-Bun (No Homo). [laugh]

Hey Kris,
Glad you're still around. You get some time, we'll ride.
