Jeff congrats on getting your exhaust!!! Dave congrats on the new bike...I am very jealous. I can't wait to get back out there with you guys. I am going up to Maine for the weekend (to see the in-laws) and will be going to Trenton, N.J the following weekend (kids all star tourney) so I won't be able to do the weekend rides. I am free Mon - Wed for whatever. I found out yeterday that I have Bell's Palsy so my right side of my face is drooping and my speech is a little slurred plus I can't close my eye all the way. It looks like I had a stroke (but I didn't) so if I go out I will be even slower than last time Jeff...LOL!!! It souns like we could get a pretty good group of guys together which would be so awesome. Take care guys.

Kris,
Enjoy your trip.
Sorry about the Bells palsy, but I have a friend that had that a couple years ago, and they fixed him right up. It's not much more than an inconvenience anymore.
Still sux!
I'm lookin' good for this long weekend. Just let me know when and where.
Jeff

The exhaust is done.
It was exhausting?
I'll give it a test ride, and take some pics later today.

Kris - Have fun up north, I'm a transplanted New Englander. I love it up there. Good luck with the Bells Palsy. Hopefully you can get on an effective treatment.
Jeff- Exhaust looks great. But the big question is "how does it sound"? I really like the look of the high pipes better than the low. But it hasn't bothered me enough to replace mine.
And I'll close for tonight with this picture (assuming I can post it correctly) hehehehehehehe [moto]

Dave,
They sound mean! and the bike runs flawlessly. I was afraid It'd cause some fuel probs, but nope.
BTW how many fish have you caught with that Ducati?
Seriously, nice set of rides. When we gonna go?

Sunday AM sounds good! We can do a shore drive run, anything to hear your exhaust. I was going to get a DR650 but they sold it from under me. I'm looking into a triumph scrambler for the time being since the 696 is out of my price range. I like the Idea of a Euro bike night!

What you think of that bike.

I'm in for a Sunday morning! [moto], Just need a place and time. If we don't want to roast it starts getting light about 5:30
Bulldog - if you are looking for a euro bike, I almost bought a '06 triumph speed triple from a guy down the road from me. He had a pretty good deal in it. PM me if you are interested.

Sunday morning it is!
But if you think I'm getting up at O-dark-thirty on my day off, well, you KNOOW that ain't gonna happen!
When Kris n' I went, we set off @ 10am, and got back @ noon, and that worked out pretty good. It was just starting to get uncomfortable by the end of the trip.
NOW, When and where?
I suggest we meet up somewhere equally close to all of us.
I live in Ingleside, Norfolk, near the industrial park.

I'm in with my CRF230L [moto] I'll be in the back so I can hear those lovely Desmo Twins!!!!
XJ: I'm looking for a modern classic enduro so the scam fits the bill just fine! Of course, my mind is subject to change once I see/hear your hooligan rides.
