Well, I had a nice little ride in the rain today.
Went to VB town center, to the bookstore, came out, and BOOM, about halfway up 264w. By the time I got home, I looked like I jumped into a pool.. Even worse, it rained so hard, the helmet vents let the rain in, and soaked the helmet lining!
This is one time I'm really glad I wore a jacket and long pants!

Hey Will,
Glad you found us.
We did a Knotts island run a couple of weeks ago, and afew others before that. We've got a ride up to Busch Gardens planned for end of August, that we're trying to get the Richmond Duc riders involved in, and other than that, most of us are open. Post up a suggested meeting time and place, and see who wants to go.
Jeff

No go for me. I have been in the People's Republic of Massachusetts this last week and going to New Hampshire tommorow and won't be back until a week from monday. I haven't ridden a motorcycle in 8 days, I think I am going through withdrawl. But i did get a chance to do some riding on my father's 250 scooter. That thing cruises no problem up to 55mph. Even took it on the "twisites" in town squid style (shorts, t-shirt, tevas, helmet).
On a side note I did laugh today when I saw a guy on a R1 on the highway in NH wearing flip-flops, shorts, no shirt and a helmet. Don't know why he had a helmet, no helmet law in NH.

I am.
I haven't been on the bike in a week, work sux, and I just put a CRG clutch lever on, so I gotta "test it out" to make sure it's set right.
Matter of fact, I may just head up to Redline, and see if I can convince 'em to let me test ride the 696
Saturday.
Interested?

y'know, Kris,
I think I'm gonna be a slug this weekend.
I basically worked the entire weekend last weekend, for a customer Saturday, then yardwork and motor work on the boat engines all day Sunday. I'm gonna try to sleep in, and get started @ 11 Saturday morning.
I can call you when I'm ready, if you want to go, or we can just set up to meet at Fat Phillys at 11.
Your choice.

Jeff yeah give me a call. I am probably going to the Skins game tomorrow and I might be looking at getting a new (used) car as well. The STI is starting to really agrivate me. Just call me and I will see where I am for the day. Get some rest Bro!!!

You guys are funny. I am looking at like a luxury car. Maybe a used Benz or Infiniti. I'm not really sure yet. When it comes down to it I will probably do the same thing I always do...get ready to pull the trigger and go wait...I love suby!!!
