I dunno. I'm still considering
butchering
. .um modifying my exhaust.
I got an email today from 757 sportbikes. They're planning a ride around Va Bch on Saturday Sept. 20, and again Sunday the 21st. They're meeting at the WA-WA on the corner of Independence and Holland rd at 12 noon on both days. I'd really like to have a BIG Ducati presence on one of those rides, as I think it's a good idea to get a look at the other riders in the area, and let them know that there's an alternative to the rising sun bikes. I'm going for Sunday, so folks who work Saturday can make it.
Any interest?

I'm riding to Poe's Pub in Richmond on Sunday morning. They have a biker breakfast once a month. Its alot of fun. I've been about 4 times. There are always alot of cool bikes. European, Jap, American, vintage, and brand new stuff. It promises to be fun. We're leaving from Suffolk around 7am. Who's going?

I went on a meet up/ride with south side HR sportbike riders a while back. They mostly seemed like good guys, but big group rides and hanging around is not really my style. But I'd be up to try again.

Well, see, there's this Dr. Who marathon on sci-fi channel, and I'm trying out the new version of Linux, and I'm in this MMORPG. . .
O.K. Will, won't make promises, but where do you wanna meet?

Also,I ordered a DP trunk bag off ebay, and it came in today. Brand new, $80. Now I can actually justify the monster to the wife(But dear, I can use it to pick up the milk!)
The new tailbag
Platform without the bag:
Not bad for $80.

Will,
I'm gonna pass.
I want to go.
but I can't.
Since thursday, I've been "volunteered" to help 2 different neighbors with their weekend projects, and I haven't worked on my boat in 2 weeks.
I'll be thinking of ya.
Jeff
Oh, well, next weekend.

I saw Bun Bun's post and for some reason thought the richmond run was on the same day. I need to learn to pay attention. Give me a heads up for next month and I'll go.

bun bun
can that tank bag hold a lot of weight? do you have a link for the product....
I have been looking for something so I can take more than just a back pack to work and cram everything into the backpack - or not bring a lunch that day.
Anyway suggestions? thanks - and yes I did see the thread on tank bags in the gear section
Thanks all
