Can some one please explain the appeal of the olympics?

What a total waste of time and Money, 54 billion dollars so some people can play sport for 16 days

I'm sorry I just can't understand what all the carry on is about, We had it here in 2000 and I wanted to leave the make the beast with two backsing country because you could not escape the the hype and bullshit.

Is it wrong that I just don't care?

When there was a possibility of the Olympics coming to New York I was not happy.  I figured I would have to leave town for the duration.

Just think about what 54 billion could do.

And they are not hyping him?  That's all they are talking about.  That's hype.

I'm not saying it is not true, just that he is being hyped up.

Yeah, but I thought there was a minimum age. Maybe 16? Some of them look like they're 12....you know, that prepubescent look that girls have.

Not at all.  At least it's only once every 4 years.  Professional sports waste people's time and money just about every day.

16 is the minimum age.  I think China got confused and thought it was the max age.  The girl they just showed that they said was 16 looks like she is 12 at the most.

Seriously man. A couple of these girls have not even come close to hitting puberty.
