the bike's front assembly is in a few pieces right now, as i try to find the reason why my 15A fuse keeps shorting out. i pop in a new fuse...start the bike (gauges and lights work fine), then 3 seconds later...nothin'. the bike keeps running, but the electricals go out and fuse goes bye-bye. i stopped by nichols and got the same prognosis as i had assumed...a loose connection somewhere or a spliced wire that's touching the frame that's shorting the fuse. stay tuned. damnit

Have to change to questionable. The bike seems to be leaking oil in the heat and it's headed to Nichols in the morning.
