stupid question probably but I've been fighting with these a bit.  Obviously I removed the small allen headed bolt in the exhaust tip, are they supposed to come straight out or what?  The instructions didn't address it and searching has found very little.  I've tried pulling back and rotating them a bit but neither has worked thus far.  Obviously I don't want to pull too hard if there is something I'm missing so I'm coming to you folks...

the pipes are on a 695 but I would imagine it works the same for most termis

so any tips?

Check for a small spot weld around the perimeter of the baffle...

Chisel or grind away CAREFULLY and they should slip out.  waytogo
