Does anyone have a photo/shot of a Foggy s4 cockpit? was there a carbon cover that sat under the instrument cluster with a Ducati emblem on it...it attached to the 2 bolts under the cluster?

Thanks in advance.

i've got a stock Foggy and no, there was never a CF cover for the cluster. just a plain black plastic. why do you ask?
have you found a CF cover for them???

i'll try and find a pic that show's under the cluster but not sure i have one.

that's them!...thank you hydra Darkstar...I've never noticed them before, the one in the catalog was CF with the circular Ducati logo raised up - nice looking piece!

even that little plastic shield looks good - Darkstar, is that a 2002?

thank you again

and lads - you should have seen the image I received on Google image search when looking for "Ducati monster instrument cover"....Ducati really do ensure that their brand is on the good stuff!

Hydra, I've found a CF cover for them - and also found the middle piece between the instruments in carbon too.

Could you do me a favour ane measure the vertical distance of the plastic piece from under the gauges to the bottom (where it drop down under the top clamp I believe).

I'll get some part no. soon, would you like the information?

sorry...I take that back about the middle instrument section (realised with idiot lights and immobiliser lights they would alter from year to year! The one that I found the part no. for is 900ie 2000-2002 only.

Hey Spider, it's a 2006 S2R-1000, not S4. Sorry.
What's TOB?!? Is that DML? Those pics must be old....

TOB = the old board - yep, a bit old now.

That's great - what I wanted to see is that the part (carbon dash cover) is compatible with newer top clamps (the mounting bolts are all the same distance so that is cool).

Looks good.

There is a place in Germany called Desmoworld which sells ergal bolts - the ones for the instrument cluster and head light (I know your headlight is custom) are very industrial looking.

Thank you!

Thanks! At least now I know what TOB means. Smiley   I think I know Desmoworld. I'll take a look.

Succes with the dashcover!
