Since about Jan 1 @ 0230h ... hasn't stopped ...  the smell is there, bike running or not ...

ok, now that's creepy. sign of the apocalypse? this was my first ride this year too....

ok, now that's creepy. sign of the apocalypse? this was my first ride this year too....

better go get a beer ... got nothing to do tomorrow ... bike is outside and I smell like something is burning, not rubber, not isolation a mix of many burning smells ....

well, having some delicious whiskey is just an effort to offest my day. just got a let-the-blocked-call-go-to-VM from a coworker who retired over a year ago. I didn't know he had my number.  says he needs to talk to me.

well, having some delicious whiskey is just an effort to offest my day. just got a let-the-blocked-call-go-to-VM from a coworker who retired over a year ago. I didn't know he had my number.  says he needs to talk to me.

this is special ... my grandfather back in the late 60's/70's redid he whole formla for Ron Abuelo and Seco Herrerano ... He used the formula he used in Cuba in the family distillery ... Now in the hands of the island goverment

didn't see anything melty, but I can look again. does make sense though, to be a front-of-the-bike thing since I was moving and could smell it

Stopped by SSD this afternoon for some oil and ran into Charlie my neighbor with the red SF...Charlie was conversing with a young HANG C-17 pilot named Skye who was piloting a new red Monster 1100 Evo...Charlie had already told him about this site and our Sunday rides, hope Skye can join us...

Adapted/mounted a set of Ducati Designs Race pegs to my Oberon bases...the Oberon bases provide about 10mm more width, which allows more exhaust heatshield/boot clearance on the SF.
