Well, when did you buy the bike the first time.  I'm asking the question to be told again.

last... july? I assume it was july because my safety/reg are july.

didn't get stickered to commute until late nov, so most of those miles are this year  Grin I haven't driven the merc in... *cough*cough*rabble*rabble* ...weeks

Speaking of bikes.... what happened with your ripped off bike that showed up on the big island?

I talked to/emailed the police for, well, weeks.  I sent documentation to both Honolulu and the chief in Hilo.  I called Hilo daily.  Nothing ever happened.  Then, it was purchased by some VERY lucky SOB for no more than $800.

All in all, a less than pleasant experience.   boo

Nice.  And sad.  But, the car is there when you need or want it.

yep... earlier in the year, one of the apprentices (who rides) mentioned how he was surprised to see my bike in the lot one morning because the weather was all shitty... 'when I looked outside, I figured you would drive today'

now if he doesn't see it, he's always like, 'ah, grocery run today?'

No, I just had ice skates on for three hours and my feet didn't work right.  It was a preemptive post 'cause I was in FP's hood at the time.
