Carlos I said I was smart, never that I had my shit together Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her. "When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."

Started the day with breakfast at Cinnamon's. Nothing to shout about which is why Gloria and I went to Brent's all these years. Now....... I guess we have to make do. Then off to the shop for shop chores and I helped Frederick with a leaking fuel line on the old Monster. Haircut. Paid a visit to South Seas to special order parts and then home for a bike ride. The goal was to pedal at least 40 miles but I got just a tad late start and then flatted on the way up the Mokapu hill road to Kaneohe. That was just before sunset. Got a new tube in and found the glass shard that caused the whole mess. Cop stopped to see if I was good. That was nice. Made it home after dark with a few tenths shy of 33 miles. I'll call that good. Now enjoying the first Bitburger.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori. Good people drink good beer. Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.
It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level. Everything else is just fluff.

Well, the bike is all done thanks to Teddy...actually let me switch that and say because of Teddy the bike is done! All I did was stand around handing him tools...Once he did all the hard stuff, all that was left was to button up all the small stuff. The only thing left now is to find a rear brake hose (apparently no one in all of Hawaii carries it...Teddy and I went all across the island and found none...) Once again thank you Teddy and I definitely owe you a couple of beers! Pix... I know, I know I need to wash the bike...now all I need to do is wrap the exhaust....

Started down the road of self flagellation and certain punishment again with a certain two wheeled machine.

tweaked the positioning of the new Fatbars on the SF today...went for ride to the N. Shore and back...got it just about perfect, bike is easier to control and throttle easier to modulate...
