Saw that forecast this morning while checking the UH / SOUEST site. Doesn't even sound good for Sat. afternoon.  The 848 may be trapped at work. That might not be an all bad thing though.

Installed a new clutch master on the 848 tonight. As usual it didn't go totally smooth. Mounting the fluid reservoir was the tricky part. Reservoirs always seem to be the hard part. 3 for 3 on setups now.  The new gear indicator is slightly confused by not getting a clutch switch signal. We'll see how that goes when I get to do a proper test run.

Worked a bit more on the old Monster 900 too.

Meh, I'm looking forward to when everything is done and my life gets a little simpler again.  Or so, I suffer from delusions.

How much time do you have left on ye olde enlistment?

I am starting to understand your discontent.

Including terminal leave?  One year.  The part that really pisses me off is that I was supposed to PCA from the staff billet into an agency analytical billet on the 15th.  That was going to be the perfect office for me to be in and transfer into a direct hire position.  So with that in mind, make the beast with two backs YOU air force!

Indeed.  Sorry man.

I have 8 months, and I am leaning pretty heavily toward finding civilian employment as well.

Keep us up to date, eh?
