I have a newborn

Yea, but who's fault is that?

All the Ducati's made the 1290SDR possible!

Fan blades are on the way.  Temp switch is iffy.  I can see the value of the ECU in controlling fans if it limits the on/ off cycles.  I'm thinking a parallel circuit with a NOTO delay relay to run the fans based soley on the temp switch without excessive cycling.

You can do that if you have a mind to. However I think that you could be making it more complicated than it needs to be.

Went down to SSD and purchased a 3 year extended warranty for the SF...it's been two years at the end of the month, how time flies when you're having fun...or getting old...

Steady now. It's all about supply & demand. Plus the ability of fast shipping from Ducati. Some of that stuff just has about zero demand. Relays, for instance. We don't have the Ducati market base size here that exists in SoCal, Seattle & the East Coast. So I gave up getting my feathers ruffled a while ago. Now, oil filters, that's another story!  laughingdp Grin laughingdp

Be careful what you wish for.  On my last four visits they did not have:
Battery
Dzuz Pin
Tank O-ring
Air Filters
Fuel Filter
Headlight Bulb
Relays

IDK what I'd do without internet vendors and auto parts stores.

My delaer right now is the interwebs ... no local one !!!

Ok more INFO  1st, this will not be a Mil-spec any thing . It will be open to EVERYONE (with either a valid DL/ML) or current road racing license, etc. I am in the final phase of putting this together. I have a big name local sponsor I have Aaron Stevens VERY interested in starting up this program here on island. (it looks like Aaron will be here staying with my wife and I sometime during the next month to six weeks.

(i am dealing with Aaron first as we alredy have a employer/employee relationship.) I usto help out with Aarons school whenever he would be at V.I.R.)

And in worst case I have Jamie James (of the JJR1) the raging cagin who now resides in my neighborhood in N.C.  Who also runs a current Superbike school in the southeast. (i can always count on Jamie)

I do need help in one area. I NEED A LOCK ON A VENUE.

I will be taking volunteer request forms. (prefer to meet in person tho)

Thanks
Canes
