Saw a red 749/999 twice today, once while going to meet up for the ride and the second time as we were all going past Sand Island access road.

I know where you can get a full race 650 motard that has been legalized. You have to kick start it and and it's running a dead loss system so you have to keep the battery charged but other than that it's the full on bad boy.

Military guy on a yellow 748 (no engine size markings on side fairings so it could have been a 916/996) went into Imperial Plaza Tues night and came out Weds morning. New neighbor??

Either that or he got some. I know where you can get a full race 650 motard that has been legalized. You have to kick start it and and it's running a dead loss system so you have to keep the battery charged but other than that it's the full on bad boy.
That would be interesting I'm sure, but if I replace the Daytona, I want the replacement to be more "commute friendly". Have you seen the accessory catalog for KTMs?

Met the guy with the above mentioned bejeweled 848. He had also just bought his girlfriend a white 696 as well. Told him about this place, and where/how to find us, so hopefully we'll hear from them soon.
