I think I'm going to do some minor repairs and maintenance to mine as well. I'm in a real laid back mood today. Must have something to do with the chili cook off / tasting & beer drinking last night. No hangover of any kind but I'm just in one of my rare "I think I'll work on it instead of ride it frames". Need to make up a more permanent license plate bracket. Let me know if you're going to strafe the neighborhood.  laughingdp

So, anybody riding this weekend?
IF tomorrow goes well AND I can both get re-safety checked and find a good way to mount said sticker THEN i can do an early ride sunday before work.

Whew!  That was a lot of work.

I've got a piece of sheet metal that I used when I had the sticker on my Monster.  Not using it now, you want it?

Ok cool.  Just found out about a guy from work with a new(ish) Thruxton.  Going to try to get him out for some of the rides as well.

Sure.  I scavenged my old piece while configurating my new tail thingy.

I'm doing the standard Sunday morning errands but after that (1000 hrs plus a bit) I'm open and the Monster is raring to go!

Let's do it!  I have to be somewhere around 1830, but the morning and early afternoon belong to me.  Cheesy
