Are you installing the MBP collets to extend your valve clearance adjustment interval or for different reasons?  Just learning from the Master Guru (who claims he is no such thing)!

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Suddenly paying for my maintenance service at South Seas feels like a steal!  But I think Rick gets a twisted enjoyment from the problem solving/diagnostics aspect of things.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Both.  You can ask the questions and I will tell you what I believe to be true and factual.  HOWEVER ----- I AM NO MASTER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  There are others far more deserving of such praise.  To the uninitiated the apprentice appears to be a master.

Won't be out this Sunday, attending a Mother's Day brunch instead...

Did want everyone to know though, not to park in our usual place in front of the trash bin...last week a tow truck was called for our illegally parked machines,  the CPLS (chief of parking lot security) cancelled the call when we showed up to leave, and advised us to take a parking stall next time...

I'll be blending working on the 848 along with Mom Day stuff too.

The parking lot thing has started to ruffle my anti-social feathers but I reckon I'll calm down by then. What if we started organizing rides of 20 to 30 or more riders and had bikes all over the place with everyone buying from SB & JJ?  What then Mr. Parking Lot Chief?  Police

I shall sleep in tomorrow, need to adjust back to HST after a week in RI.  No riding for me next Sunday either, doing the Honolulu Triathlon (sprint distance).

It's shaping up to be the nicest day of the year so far for a JJ ride and no one is going... Sad
