Sorry I didn't make it. Still bikeless, and in Louisiana.

Zzilla may have a different opinion.  There are many good things about Louisiana and being bikeless always sucks so IMHO bikeless is worse.

I second that.

No worries!  Glad you survived.  Tantalus takes a fair bit of learning and more than one rider hasn't liked it at first. I've been going up there for over 40 years so it's no problem for me to go slower at times.  Besides, with all the police up there yesterday, showing you the route probably saved me from getting ticketed.  laughingdp  It's all good.  Don't be shy about showing up again.

Mostly parked around the 10mph turns...I counted 3x parked vehicles, w/ 1x roving.

That will surely turn a ride into a "Sunday Cruise" Angry

Really?  Never?  We used to see them often enough when I still lived there.  Not like an every ride occurrence, but it sure wasn't a rare thing.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

We will just wait them out. From all the car tire skid marks we saw in the corners I think they were looking for the Drifters anyway. That or the big groups that park on the side and stage runs for the cameras.

Now 13 Turns was another story.  Residents are taking to mining the road with rocks.  Roll Eyes
