A good day after all. Sorry MD couldn't make it.
Sorry guys. I was late getting up and it was uphill from there. See you next week, or in Gene's case, in a couple of weeks. So, how was it? Was Tantalus a mess from the storm? |

Tantalus was fairly messy with leaves and loose decaying asphalt, my worry is that after the leaves are gone the asphalt will still be a mess...windward and N shore were good with little traffic to contend with, I think everyone was a Ala Moana getting their shopping fix after being closed on Friday...  |

We should go up there one Saturday as a work party. Get a couple push brooms and shove the loose gravel out of the way. I'll end up doing that the corners around our place on Norfolk. There's no hope for cleaning the leaves up on Tantalus though.

It literally took years of degrading road surface capped off by a month long rain & mudslides for them to fix the road the last time. And even then it took over a year to get it done. You think they are going to do anything, especially since the residents don't mind? The cheapest sort of speed bumps they can get.

It's looking like I'm going to spend the earlier part of Sunday morning cleaning the yard again now that C&C finally picked up the two cans of green waste. I could probably swing a ride after that esp. since the weather folks are waffling all over the place with what might happen later in the week.

Dunno about time just yet but probably the 0900-0930 thing. I'm meeting some old sky diving buddies this afternoon for brews so it doesn't look like an early evening. I gotta get a ride in tomorrow because I'm going to have a cyst cut out of a finger on my left hand this week so working a clutch might be not so good next weekend.
