If the weather doesn't get a whole lot better tomorrow I won't be going.  With this kind of rain I'd rather stay home & clean car wheels.   :P  :P

Went for a short ride this morning...more of a cruise actually, but it was beautiful out and traffic was minimal, so it was good... ;D [Dolph]

Put about 110 miles on the bike yesterday. Tantalus is deteriorating even more. Now you can expect ruts & bumps in all the shady areas. The shade holds the moisture on the road and with all the rain lately the tucked in places are just getting awful. I think we truly need lighter super motos up there now. The big heavy bikes with race suspension are getting to be a bit of a handful and it is starting to dampen the thrill of charging around. On the other hand, it looks like group hangout in certain spots has run it's course as I haven't seen any signs of them over my last three runs up there. Social media seems to support this observation as they are now meeting up a NEX and going out to some "stunting ground." The lower section roads, Tantalus drive as it goes down into Papakaleo and Makiki Heights Dr. are / have been repaved. I have no idea if that work is going to continue up the hill or not.

If weather permitting, I may be able to get a ride on Sunday since I still have my clean bike.  Anyone else?  It may be an early one though.
