So is anyone actually riding tomorrow? I will be getting off work around 1130 and will probably bring the Duc home and take out the Daytona. Anyone interested?

113o has always been a little late for this guy, and tomorrow is worse than usual. I love the weekend rides, but that time has kept me out of several of the 'jamba juice' meetings.

I will be hanging around the house and the neighborhood tomorrow. No motorbike riding for me. More likely next week for me. I saw Georges today. He'll probably bring out his 1098 to the ride tomorrow. I also found out today that the insurance company totaled Chris Jenson (Jenkins) 1098 which is why we haven't seem him or Anne, or at least one of the reasons.

I guess it could mean a new bike or at least a newish type replacement. I suppose he could get the Aprilia (dang, I keep forgetting to go into CC to see that thing). My guess is that he'd stick with the 1098. On the other hand he was also talking about moving to the mainland sometime soon so maybe he's just not getting anything yet.

Maybe but it's not on the showroom floor if they've got it. The black HM "S" and the black Sport Classic are the only Ducati's that are on display.

He's fine. Low side on the 1098 Easter Sunday behind a 749 Dark that low sided in front of him. Mostly cosmetic damage to the bike, clutch basket & clutch hub damage. The story I got was that one of the steering stops on the neck was broken off. Listed as frame damage so once the insurance company heard that along with all the other stuff that was all she wrote.

Such an inglorious end to a fabulous bike...

Ok, I know it is early still but I wanted to go ahead and start planning. Who is up for a ride this weekend? Alex works until five on Saturday, so I have all that time to get out. I also might be open to an early morning brekkie run on Sunday. So what say you guys? Anyone up for it?
