That my good sir is the beauty of the DVR.  Wink  Record all the necessary shows and enjoy them after the ride.

But that being said, what time is the EC scheduled to be finished?

I reckon it'll be done by 10... assuming there's no extra time or PKs

The cable guide on Time Warner shows that the final match begins at 8:30 pm on Sunday night, showing on ESPN2/HD...   Huh? Huh? Huh?

So guys, what's the word on tomorrow?  Are we on for an early or a late ride?

Either, or. I reckon I'll get a lot of chores done again today. Going to the shop to handle a couple of customers and Gloria's car central locking problems. I plan on a 30 miler today too but it's hot already. Snivel. Snivel. Did you record the race and soccer already?

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

They are all set up to record, but the football is not until 8:30 tomorrow evening.  I've got both the WSB and MotoGP races set to record tomorrow morning.  Sad thing is, I still haven't seen the end of last week's MotoGP stage from Donnington.

But, more importantly, where and when do you think you will ride today?  Alex and I want to take the push-bikes out but don't really know where we want to take them.  Does Gloria ride by chance?

I don't know when they're broadcasting the MotoGP race but the race itself is all done, history at this point. That doesn't mean it's not worth recording or watching if you haven't missed it yet.

I wish Gloria would ride but no.  She has no desire to get on the race bike. I bought her an Electra Daisy cruiser with all the gold and orange and pink flowers and bright green wheels. It's actually very pretty. Then she found out that jumping back on a bike wasn't as easy as she remembered. Now she want an old beater to practice on before she rides the new one. Another garage queen.  Grin

If ya'll get serious about riding I can be mobile with the bike --  have roof racks will travel.

Same with us.  And only reason that I have kept the Golf really, simply because I don't see getting a roof rack on the S.

Not sure when, or where, we are going to go.  I want to go ride, but Alex isn't nearly as fast as I am.  I hate leaving her behind, but I also hate riding slow...    Undecided

And that, my friend, is the timeless dilemma of riding. You want to be supportive of friends and loved ones but at the same time you don't get the workout that you need. Then again you can ride with a fast group and get dropped like an old stinky sock. Somehow that doesn't feel as bad as leaving others behind.

Nope, because then you just end up being angry at yourself and you can focus that angst into aggressive riding to keep up next time.  Wink

How's the later time sound?  I haven't done jack except eat since 5:00 (well, maybe have a few plus beers since then).  Gotta get chores done in the early AM now.

Eleven?  At the tennis courts or Jamba Juice?  Just let me know, I'll be there.  Plus, I think one of the other Daytona guys might want to come out as well.
