I can start looking for a decent place and when is the best time of year to go.

snowmobiles sound really fun, but skiing is fun whether you are good at it or not.....also fun to watch everyone else try to ski!  laughingdp

I've been wanting to go skiing again for years but everybody is too "old" or afraid of the cold.  I would vote for Taos since it's a great town, awesome skiing, and the closest quality place for road tripping. But actually, anywhere is fine as long as we go!

No offense LYD, but it's twice as far to OH as it is to Taos for the LSD folks, and I bet the skiing in Hill Country is better than in Ohio.

I'm seriously interested in a ski trip this season (to someplace like NM or CO).  If there are others interested, discuss.
