I picked one of these up from monsterparts. It's a pretty trick piece if a little pricey. It's indicated temperature is within 5 degrees of the temp displayed on the gauge so I usually just leave my gauge switched to it's clock setting once the bike is warmed up.

Thanks for the community service annoucement.
I've seen that price difference heaps, just beacause it's an auction doesn't mean its cheap. Best example that I've come arcross so far was a LCD TV that that was 3 months old that sold for AU$2000, brand new list price was only AU$1400!!!!
As they say, buyer beware.

i sold a heap of pre '00 dp carbon dash with tacho kits for monsters on ebay that i bought on specials releases. first one sold for $350ish, most went for $450ish. last one i had went for $650ish. retail was $550. i did start the auctions around $400, so it wasn't like i was trying to rip someone off. but i couldn't believe $650.
