my inventory comes packed in wood. pine
it's all cut 2x4's and 4x4's, from 12 to 10 inches in length. (there are nails in it so keep it away from IZ)
take as much as you like before my boss comes in and thinks he will get rich sell'n it.

they use it to secure the window corners. all of my stock comes bundled in packs of 5.
so each pack has four sections of wood. the tops are 2x2's the bottoms are 2x2's nailed to 4x4's
they are all slotted and the window nailing fins fit into the slots.
It is nice that you are giving the DMF members wood ;)

I would love to have some to use as fire wood. I dont think where you live gets cold enough to be able to burn that much wood.

i'm with mother.
is this company located in california?
use that cali hippy environmentalism on them. tell them that you have calculated that they can save (insert number of trees) or (insert numbers of acres of forest) if they would re-use their packing materials. with oil prices the way they are they would also save money in the long run because they aren't paying to have as much new wood shipped to them. also, they probably already have a contract with the carrier so they can get an additional discount per shipment if they are shipping these back.
it just has to be pitched the right way. you might also try telling them you will make it public knowlede that they are not doing everything they can to protect the earth. that'll get people acting ;D
either that or have a massive bonfire (not at your shop)
I only care about the poor staving loggers
So, um, where did you get all that wood?

Due to Pine being a softer wood with a higher concentration of sap
it is best to use it as kindling
burning it hotter reduces the creosote
the only time you will run into trouble with it is during the night if you fill the wood box and turn down the dampers
then you risk a chimney fire
:-*
Sounds like Mother's got some FHE. ;D
I've heard firefighters are the biggest Pyros.
That's why I tried out to be a firefighter. :-*

obviously has not seen how many people live here. :P
why not use them like legos and make a homeless shelter next to the river bed?
you could use the leftover to make a small stand for the crack/meth dealer and have him be legit and pay taxes like the rest of us.
ps, don't let the Zuma beach guy know there'senough to build any kind of lodging. [cheeky]
