the fan group i'm a part of is discussing building something of that nature to hurl drunks into the delaware river fromt he stadium parking lot. i'm calling it the drunkapult

Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project. 

So I went solo.  -Me

why not use them like legos and make a homeless shelter next to the river bed?

you could use the leftover to make a small stand for the crack/meth dealer and have him be legit and pay taxes like the rest of us.
