Unless you've got a really tight assed office, yes.  It's pulls of ads from CL, with some commentary.  OF course the ads and commentary can be a little blue If there were photos in the ad, those are usually snagged.

So there is a potential for NSFW stuff, but it is small.  On the current from page about the most NSFW thing is the word 'tampon'

Live and learn...

Wow.. I just went back and read the one you linked to.  Holy make the beast with two backsing shit... if it was any shorter, I'd figure it was a gag.  But it's so long and detailed, they must be serious.  Wow.. lights that come on automatically at 5:30 am... you can only have visitors from 1-3 pm on weekends and you have to have a photo ID bracelet.. and there's more.   No wonder those freaks can't get anyone to rent the room

Gotta be a troll ad. What free person would choose to live under prison rules? I think some of the stipulations are even illegal.

But it's not like CL is a forum.. so if it is a Troll, then they don't get any public attention.. they crave like crack.  But yeah.. I doubt a lot of that stuff is legal - like the unannounced 'inspections'.  Most places it's illegal for a landlord to bust in unannounced unless it's viable emergency

That and eviction without notice. I realize this is Vancouver but down here it takes at least 3 months to evict someone.

Not to mention a security camera in the suite is illegal too...

Also confiscation of personal property is illegal...

I guess the public attention comes when someone is dumb enough to respond to the ad and they get make the beast with two backsed with by email/phone. There's also a really good chance someone sees it and derbys or pregnant doges about it in R&R.

Not only live under prison rules but PAY $480 a month to do so.

Prisons free and you have more rights... You get to choose your own god, and you can tug one off every now and again.
