Heard about some people getting hassled for not having reflectors after their tail chop, so I did this using an old bicycle reflector and a cable tie:

I stuck it up through the gap sideways and rotated it back 90° to snap it in place, then secured it with a zip tie around the nub where the tool kit is normally strapped in.

Your local bicycle shop should have some of these handy (simply unbolt it from the clamp):

I found some at cyclegear with bolts on the back that went through the holes in my plate. they were like $1.50 each or something.
We had a rash of guys around here getting tickets for not having the reflector. easy fix.

Darn, I needed a good place to keep it now that it won't strap in the normal place anymore. [laugh]
