Heard about some people getting hassled for not having reflectors after their tail chop, so I did this using an old bicycle reflector and a cable tie:

Location:

I stuck it up through the gap sideways and rotated it back 90° to snap it in place, then secured it with a zip tie around the nub where the tool kit is normally strapped in.

From the inside:

LEO POV:

Your local bicycle shop should have some of these handy (simply unbolt it from the clamp):

I wouldn't leave your tool kit back there, it could come off.  Great Mod!

good idea, nice placement.

I found some at cyclegear with bolts on the back that went through the holes in my plate.  they were like $1.50 each or something.
We had a rash of guys around here getting tickets for not having the reflector.  easy fix.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in a pretty pristine body, but rather to come in sliding sideways all used up screaming F*CK YEAH WHAT A RDIE!!
