The majority of the people on this forum seem to be in a commited relationship, so I ask you; how much sex do you get? How much do you want? And, how much is too much? At what point do you start making excuses "Honey, I'd love to, but I've got a headache/the game's on/I left the compressor running in the garage."

I would be so discouraged if anybody discusses their sex lives in a public forum such as this.

First and foremost Quality is much more important than Quantity.
After 20 plus of being married, looking back we have gone thru phases.
I think most DMLers who have been in a long term ( 10 years + ) will agree.
So there is no definitive answer, it depends on where you are at in YOUR relationship, and what you and your SO find satisfying.

[laugh] it was partly a joke, but sex as a daily activity, 15min is quite a bit (no forplay included). Most days there's no time to do the whole 1-5 hr thing.

just differences in ideas of what is public info and what isn't.   I can't figure out how to answer more than that without coming across as insulting.  

To my (apparently very old fashioned) senses it is tasteless and shows incredible disrespect to ones partner to discuss the topic in a media open to the world.

Lets put it this way.  As long as the OE is still in top performance condition I want to accumulate as much mileage as possible.

Wouldn't want to be 85 thinking "Gee I wish I had got it more when I was younger and it still was working".
