I dunno. I've seen that floating around the net too and it looks so horribly stupid I can't think of anyone that would pay to see it in a theater.

things I have learned from watching mega shark vs. giant octopus:

giant octopus lays the PWNAG3 on mega shark, even if he CAN swim at 500 knots.. and both are impervious to our military might

all science consists of colored liquid that may or may not change to a desirable color when mixed with other liquids

the japanese navy, with the exception of one guy, speak very good english

our subs have turbos

this movie was so bad, it was good  :D

mega shark not only eats a plane, but he takes out a battleship (er, destroyer), a turbocharged sub, and the golden gate bridge

giant octopus takes out an oil rig, a handful of subs, wreaks havoc on tokyo bay, and pregnant dog-slaps an F-15

I just found a copy of this in the $5 bin at Wally World.  Gotta be the only copy available within several square miles.

I can't wait.  I feel like I just won the lottery.  :P

Nah...

Figure that railing's 4 ft tall, that makes me about 30 feet waist to head...

60' tall...    ish.

And totally amazing how my reflection looks 10x more real that the graphix in the movie.  (I look like a ghost being eaten by a fake shark. ;D )

Remeses, I got the DVD in the mail today....it really looks bad from the cover and description.

I shall watch it sometime this week.

In the meantime, someone needs to decide if they want it next - it's Bad Movie Pay It Forward.

I watched this steaming pile last night. Wow.  [laugh]

Virtually pointless and incredibly ludicrous storyline - check.

Horrendous acting - check.

Equally horrendous props and special effects - check.

Gratuitous use of stock footage - check.

Former teen pop superstar turned marine biologist banging random dudes on a ship - check.

Almost the worst was the dialogue. My favorite lines, eerily prophetic as far as the actors are concerned, while inspecting a giant whale carcass:

"What do we have here?"

"No chance of career advancement, that's for sure."

Who wants this thing next? PM me your address. Get it out of my house. Please.
