Title: Sil Moto Megaphones on a M1000 Post by: Travman on November 30, 2010, 04:10:19 PM I have decided to order a set of Sil Moto's megaphones for my 2005 M1000. I don't think there will be any problems mounting these on bike. However, the Moto Wheels site only list these for M600-M900. Does anyone here have any first hand experience with fitting these pipes to a M1000?

Wow, I can't believe I get an answer from the source so fast. Thank you. :)-M So, "slightly different" as in it can be done easily or "slightly different" it can't be done with out some fabrication? Sometimes you have to slot the holes in the bracket that hangs the canister. Sometimes it needs spacers or longer bolts.

MotoWheels is out of stock and so is Sil Moto in Italy, so they have to be made. They should be here in 2-3 years.
