Wire tied and ready for the first track day of the season. March 15th.

The bike had previously been laid down and needed quite a bit of fiberglass repair. Lots of fumes and sanding later... the wavy body was ready to be hidden by truck bed liner paint. ( no need to tank gripper pads now :P )
I shaved down the superthick SV seat and recovered it with basic black vinyl.
Fun on the track... all for less than 3k. Everything I purchased was on sale, I just had to be patient. I even found a new pair of Astar super tech r's for 200 bucks.
and I rattle can'd the wheels just for the fun of it.

What bike is that fairing originally designed for ?
Did it take much modification to fit ? Would like to see the brackets you fabed .

Those are SV650 fairings. Quite a few companies make them as SVs are popular race/track bikes.
