Title: Lazy Squid Post by: CookieMonster on August 12, 2016, 09:46:14 AM Ok so I was gonna get some gas the other day in my truck when I happen to stumble upon a lazy squid in the wild at the light...
WHY?! (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y121/3twenty8i/20160721_174718_zpswfa6o2ck.jpg) (http://s4.photobucket.com/user/3twenty8i/media/20160721_174718_zpswfa6o2ck.jpg.html)Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: Heath on August 12, 2016, 10:37:13 AM WTF?? This make no sense to me.
Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: NAKID on August 12, 2016, 10:53:23 AM ??? [bang]
Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: kopfjäger on August 12, 2016, 10:54:29 AM Not an issue at all. I know a really short dude that does it on his motard. Has it down to a science.
Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: Mhanis on August 13, 2016, 04:27:12 AM It is a bit goofy but not the worst transgression ever. ???

Kick stand down will help the light change? How so? Pardon my ignorance. However, I don't think that excuse is valid in his case considering that he has two cars in front of him and me behind him waiting for the light as well. I will not make a db comment like "dam Asian squid" as a reference to their bad driving skills because I am sure there are great Asian drivers out there. That would just be so wrong of me to say even though he is Asian. Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: Curmudgeon on August 19, 2016, 09:50:18 AM Kick stand down will help the light change? How so? Read it somewhere else a long time ago. Not 100% but does work where the car sensor wires are embedded in the road as they are around here. Just enough metal I suppose where otherwise it only recognizes a ton of steel. Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: kopfjäger on August 19, 2016, 04:25:42 PM Why do you even give a make the beast with two backs that some dude sits on his bike with the kickstand down? ???
Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: koko64 on August 19, 2016, 04:27:19 PM We have the same issue. Im gonna try the kick stand trick, but not with me sitting on it as I have an Evo.
Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: Howie on August 19, 2016, 09:35:39 PM You need a ferrous kick stand. Eve then, no guarantee, at best, an added glimmer of help. And, yep, you need to be over the coil.
Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: koko64 on August 30, 2016, 07:22:38 PM Hyper has a steel one. Often you see telltale marks in the tarmac. [thumbsup]

JM Title: Re: Lazy Squid Post by: Rameses on September 05, 2016, 04:52:17 AM I will not make a db comment like... [roll] Then how about you just don't say it? Adding the disclaimer doesn't negate the fact that you typed it out and then hit the post button. "I'm not a racist, but [insert racist comment]" is still a racist comment. |
