Is the design just too busy? Too much going on? I want to like the bike. I think they have a good concept but it just doesn't come together to form a whole bike. It's like a kit of left over parts? Title: Re: Speed Triple RS Post by: koko64 on February 06, 2018, 02:01:24 PM I know blokes that love 'em, and I can see the attraction with the big bore triple, but I like V twins for the street. It's all personal preference. I found the small bore Street Triple buzzy and boring, so the grunty version holds much more appeal. I think it looks fine and there are many completely enamoured with the model series like we are with the Monster. They are cool bikes and the motor is a cracker.

Have been thoroughly enjoying the 990 SD a helluva lot though. Haven't even ridden Speedy since I bought it. |
