:wine BRRRRAAAAAAP *flooof* ;:| So much for coughing to cover that one up [cheeky]
I'm thought about getting into beer & mead. Both are a lot more work (more things for me to goof up) than wine. Wine = fruit, water, sugar, time

you can do all extract brewing for beer, so it's basically the same. it just takes longer and you have to boil it. though there are some extracts that have the hops added already so you don't even have to actually boil the water. i want to try some partial grain malts and work up to full grain later
check out www.northernbrewer.com for equipment and stuff. there are some good sites out there about brewing too.

Drink up now.
New Belgium in not available on the east coast. :'(
Drank lots of it when I lived in AZ.
I miss Efes that I drank in Turkey. Also the Stella Artois that I got in Egypt was way different that what's available here in the US. Opel Nera in Australia was incredible. Something I can't pronounce in Amsterdam put me under the table and wondering where the hell I was the next day. Home-made opium based liquor from Egypt taught me a few things ~
