I will be in Vegas with the bike from 3/22 to 3/28.  If anyone is off work (I'm sure a lot of you are!) and wants to show me some cool roads around Vegas, get in touch.

make sure you check out red rock canyon, mt charleston, and lake mead perimeter road. they're pretty short rides. other than that, vegas riding sucks... unless of course you like to stunt in huge truck shipping lots

Red Rock Canyon was awesome.  My fiancée and I visited it while we were out there.  Even chased a tarantula down a gravel road.  Traffic in and around the strip & downtown area sucks.  The strip during the busy times is like driving in Manhattan ~

Agree with Red Rock...also don't forget East Lake Meade...Take it through the mountains and keep going...

very peaceful on the east side, yet VERY desolate.  a breakdown would be the worst thing to happen in those parts.
