Are any of you guys considering these over ASVs? Motowheels and ASV offers free replacement regardless of what kind of damage occurs to it, including UV fade, scratches, bending etc.

these FP levers offer free replacement if the lever ever breaks (which i dont think it ever will.)

ASV levers are $212 Per set (shipping included)
FP levers are   $165 per set (shipping included)

Ive been considering the ASV's since they don't have the Fp racing ones for the 696 until Feb and eventhough the ASV's don't fold it seems like they have a feauture that allows them to travel back without bending the lever. The only thing I don't like is the ASV engraved on top of it and on the back, I rather have something of my own engraved back there. The funny things is that they actually mention the aSV engraving on the top as a feature and something to be showing off.....  [cheeky] Whats your take?

I like the idea of siniestro & diestro for the engraving.  [thumbsup] Keep the ideas flowing!

I picked up a set of the FP levers recently and am very happy with them.

The only thing I would warn people about on the ASV's has to do with the spring used for the folding action. A friend has a set of ASV's on his monster and both the clutch and brake lever had these springs break. He noticed it as he was riding down the road and his brake lever was pointing forward. ASV did send him replacement springs though.
