SSS Converion on an S4 Using S4R SSS

1. AFAIK, no, OEM S2R headers won't work.
Aftermarket S2R midpipes *might* work if you get the S4R stub-pipes, IE the ones that bolt to the heads.

2. I think the S4 pivot shaft will work, but no FHE.
