No worries your not calling me out....I wanted to kill that kid...didn't ...but wanted to. 

I did get in his face a bit when it seemed like he would flee the scene.  Perhaps a mistake, admittedly.  I however am 39 years old, 6ft and 220lbs...he is 17 and maybe 150lbs and did not appear to be armed.  I was carrying a Walther PPS 9mm.  I assumed I could safely convince him to stay.

So, there hasn't been a hearing yet, if I understand correctly?  I'm not very well versed in the legal system.  They have picked the crimes they're charging him with and will hold trial to find a verdict?

I sure hope he doesn't get off on some self defense BS.  Doesn't sound like he will stand a chance though, especially since he shot the guy IN THE BACK.  I hope he gets all that he deserves. 

I am not a lawyer, but even though Georgia is looser on gun ownership, it does take gun crime very seriously.

The part about shooting at someone driving away hitting them in the back, will do it in for him. Even if he drove towards him, and he fired at him only to finish shooting him in the back as he passed, his reason for self defense went out the door. Unless they can prove he was trying to run someone else down and he fired to protect that person. BUT that isn't the case in this crime so, no he's make the beast with two backsed IMO.

and who's to say that if this doesn't become a criminal case with the daughters, it could become a civil lawsuit. Which would probably be better, because the facts would already be surfaced in the criminal case, proving how the daughters reacted in such a poor manner, resulting in the death of "BJ"
