Quite a few on the german Monster Forum.
I think they appreciate the choke function.

If pumping the throttle once or twice didn't work for the FCRs, people might care more...

I've only ever seen the Mikuni's sold on Kaemna.de (as far as sites that sell goodies go that I care to troll regularly). None of the major US-targeted web vendors offer these. FCRs, on the other hand, are offered on several of the sites, namely ck's and motowheels.

It seems from my reading that the advantages of the Mikuni flatslides over the Keihin flatslides is not enough to warrant the additional cost when you factor in the availability and widespread knowledge related to FCRs. Just not worth switching over, so it seems.

The PHM,s & PHF's are of the taper needle type carburetor with concentric central float chambers & have a horizontalmain barrel & can be mounted up to a maximum inclination of 40 degrees from the horizontal, this is even more evident with the front horizontal cylinder ,useing the Malossi short manifolds, the rear is straight up with the maslossi manifold.the springs for the slide come in 3 different weights from 1.4kg -0.7 coupled with the Ducati Tommaselli, daytona type 1/4 throttle makes things quite liter & smoother.
I have an NOS Malossi Dellorto kit onec carried by Ducati Performance for the belt drive SS's Malossi boots,Manifolds ,short ones,& alloy meshed turned bell mouths,t throttle cables,& moret, heir 40mm PHM,pumpers, these also were offered at the time  in 41-42 1/2 mm.they were expensive and still are,The FCR is a superior Carb no doubt for its flat slide & roller bearing slide at that,& its the carb that made DP drop the Malossi line alltogether,I have the rack on my SS of the FCR & on self split FCRs with malossi manifolds keeping the Dellorto's company. The Dells will be used on another project or perhaps this one.
