Have 'em, love 'em.

What he said. Too loud for 'around town', though.
I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...

If they're too loud you're too old... isn't that how it goes? My bike sounds like it runs on 90% unleaded infants, 10% doe-eyed puppies.

Dont worry, this thread goes no more.  I found the pipes and will be doing the install this weekend.  Thanks to all who helped me identify them and much thanks to chromo for digging them out for me. [thumbsup]

I just meant the whole "loud pipes saves lives" discussion, not your thread, carry on.  We need pics of them installed on your bike ya know...

If you can't find them, get the SIL megaphones instead.   [evil]

Chromo had a brand new set of DP "old style" pipes laying around so I grabbed them.  He has a pair on his Duc and they sound great.  I'll post pics and vid when I get them on.
In case I need db killers, does anyone have a set that you might part with?

I should have bought those when MonsterParts had them for something like $400
