Do you smell gasoline? Like if mixture was to rich? Have you rechecked the internal tank connections

A long time ago this happened to me, in my car, before I had the Monster and the fuel pressure regulator was at fault, if you have a plastic tank, it is inside the tank as part of the fuel pump/level sender unit. This is the only other thing I can think of.

You have been battling this problem for about 3 weeks now.  It might be time to get the bike to a good shop.  Riding the bike in this condition is not good for either you or the bike.  Assuming the engine is in good mechanical condition (big assumption if you did not do a compression or cylinder leak down test or check valve adjustment and timing) I suspect you have low fuel pump out, clogged injectors or both.  First step would be to test fuel pump pressure, then injector spray volume and pattern, which, IMO, is not something for a do it yourselfer since you need some pricy equipment and finely atomized gasoline from the injectors is extremely flammable.  Actually, first step should be to scan for codes and get readings from an exhaust gas analyzer, preferably on a dyno.
